Applying as a Renter?
Here’s What You Need to Know

If you find a home that you are interested in renting, we can guide you through the entire rental process and beyond. Here’s how it works:

The Application

  • Our leasing agents will help you complete an “Application to Lease”, which will include your financial information, references, and the details of your offer. We will also collect a deposit equal to one month’s rent.
  • We will then conduct credit/reference checks and present your application to the property owner.
  • If the property owner agrees to rent the home to you, we will prepare the lease documents for your signature.

Introducing You to Your New Home

  • We’ll conduct a walk-through of the property with you and document all notes on a Move-In Inspection Sheet. At this time, we also request that you provide proof of tenant insurance.
  • We’ll then show you around the property and make sure you’re familiarized with the local area.
  • We give you the keys to your new home!

Helping You Feel Welcome 

  • You will be given access to your account in the Tenant Portal on our website, where you can place maintenance requests, review your statements, and read other relevant documents.
