To celebrate 40 years serving Calgary landlords, we’ve launched 40 for 40— a year‑long initiative supporting The Brenda Strafford Foundation – Heart Home Network. For every new property we add to our portfolio in 2026, we’re donating $40 to the Brenda Strafford Foundation – Heart Home Network.
In addition, our staff is excited to join in the celebration and give back by contributing 40 hours of volunteer service this year.
All donations are contributed by Residential Leasing Group Inc. and not added to owner fees.
About Brenda Strafford Foundation – Heart Home Network
The Brenda Strafford Foundation – Heart Home Network provides safe housing, counselling, and comprehensive support for women and their children who have experienced domestic violence or have a history of trauma. Located in Calgary and among the largest post‑emergency shelters in the country, Brenda Strafford Foundation – Heart Home Network offers 34 Second‑Stage Shelter and 51 Progressive Housing self‑contained apartments. Residents participate in counselling and support programs designed to help them heal, break the cycle of abuse, and transition to independent, healthy, and resilient lives in the community. Former residents continue to receive support services for up to six months as they transition into the community. This is a great organization that is doing important work and we’re truly grateful to be involved.
